The event organiser’s most practical piece of kit
Slip them on, assign a colour or number to each team, and the rest of the event runs itself.
For corporate sports day organisers, school PE teachers, CCA coaches, and event companies managing team activities, bibs are not optional, they are essential.
Materials and construction
Made from lightweight polyester with a moisture-wicking weave that pulls sweat away from the body and dries quickly.
In Singapore’s heat and humidity, this matters significantly. A bib that traps moisture becomes uncomfortable fast, which affects both performance and the experience of the day. The polyester construction is also durable enough for repeated use across multiple events, which makes these bibs a practical investment for companies or schools that run regular sports activities.
The mesh-style vest construction sits over any outfit without restricting movement, making them suitable for participants who are not in dedicated sports kit.
Sizing
Three sizes are available to cover all participant groups:
Kids: approximately 35 x 56 cm chest and length. Suitable for primary and secondary school age children.
Ladies: approximately 45 x 66 cm chest and length. A fitted option that works better for adult women than a unisex size pulled small.
Unisex: approximately 56 x 68 cm chest and length. The standard adult sizing that fits most men and women comfortably over any outfit.
Mixed size orders are available. Mention your size breakdown when you request a quote.
Colour range
Available in six vivid colours: Blue, Lime Green, Orange, Pink, Red, and Yellow.
All six are deliberately high-visibility and easily distinguishable from each other even at distance on a field or court, which is the entire point.
For events with up to six teams, each team can have its own distinct colour with no overlap.
For events with fewer teams, the remaining colours can serve as referee, coordinator, or official bibs.
Custom branding options
Bibs are printable with team numbers, player numbers, team names, event logos, sponsor logos, and custom event branding. Numbering is the most common application — a set of bibs numbered 1 to 20 per colour allows individual player identification throughout a tournament.
Full-colour printing is available for more complex designs.
Printing is applied to the front and back panels. Front printing is used for player-facing identification and logos. Back printing is used for numbers and information visible during play from behind.

Frequently asked questions
What events are sports bibs most commonly ordered for?
Corporate sports days and inter-department tournaments are the most common use case. School sports days, CCA training and competitions, charity fun runs with team activities, community sports events, and employee engagement days with team games are also frequent orders. Any event that divides participants into teams benefits from bibs.
Can I order different colours and sizes in the same order?
Yes. Colour and size mixing across a single order is standard practice for sports events. The most common setup is a fixed quantity per colour covering the number of participants per team, across the sizes needed for your participant age range. Share your breakdown when you enquire and we will confirm pricing.
Can the bibs be numbered sequentially?
Yes. Sequential numbering per colour is available. For example, Blue 1 to 20, Red 1 to 20, and so on. Custom number placement on front, back, or both is available.
Mention your numbering requirements when you enquire.
Are the bibs reusable across multiple events?
Yes. Polyester bibs wash well and hold their shape and print over repeated use. Machine wash cold, hang dry, and they are ready for the next event. This makes them a cost-effective purchase for companies and schools that run sports activities regularly.
What is the difference between the ladies and unisex sizes?
The ladies size (45 x 66 cm) is cut narrower and shorter than the unisex (56 x 68 cm). For adult women who find the unisex size too wide or long, the ladies size provides a better fit that sits cleanly without excess fabric. For events with a mixed adult group, offering both sizes reduces the awkwardness of one-size-fits-all.
